KANIKA | A Somatic Journey Into the Body
Some experiences can't be understood through thinking.
They have to be felt.
An In-Person Embodiment Session
3 hours | In Two Locations
Coffs Harbour 25th July 2026, 2pm - 5pm, Sol Collective, 20 Park Ave Ln, Coffs Harbour.
Bellingen Shire 26th July 2026, 10.30am - 1.30pm, Raleigh Hall, 9 Walter St, Raleigh.
This is not a workshop you think your way through.
This is where your body finally arrives.
Kanika™ in-person embodiment sessions are immersive, grounded, and deeply regulating experiences designed to unwind what talk therapy, mindset work, and even years of “healing” often cannot reach: the skeletal–neural memory that keeps repeating the same patterns.
Think:
Spinal energetics. Somatic embodiment. Osteopathy. Reiki. Subconscious rewiring.
Not blended conceptually- but integrated somatically.
WHAT THIS WORK ACTUALLY DOES
Our bones are not passive structures.
They are signal carriers-storing survival strategies, inherited stress responses, and identity-level beliefs that formed before language.
Kanika™ works directly with this layer through the Sacral Somatic Release Process, guiding the body to:
>>> Discharge held fight/flight/freeze patterns
>>> Reorganise spinal and sacral signalling
>>> Re-educate the nervous system toward safety and clarity
>>> Release ancestral imprints stored below conscious awareness
>>> Restore a felt sense of “I am here, in my body, now”
>>> This is not catharsis for the sake of release.
It is intelligent unwinding - so your system no longer needs to protect, brace, or over-perform.
WHO this experience is PERFECT FOR
This experience is for women and men who:
Feel regulated on the surface but tense underneath
Have “done the work” yet still feel subtly stuck
Are tired of managing their nervous system instead of living
Sense their body is holding something old and unnamed
Lead, parent, create, or serve and need a body that can sustain it
Want embodiment that is real, not performative
You don’t need to be spiritual.
You don’t need prior somatic experience.
You only need a willingness to listen to your body instead of overriding it.
This workshop is guided by senior Kanika™ teachers with:
Over 2+ years of dedicated Kanika training
Extensive backgrounds in healing, coaching, and embodiment
Lived leadership and personal evolution experience
Deep respect for nervous system integrity and consent
You are not being “worked on.”
You are being skilfully accompanied.
Limited spaces available for this intimate event.

Your Investment
This is time you could spend working harder, caring for others, or pushing life forward - but when your nervous system is braced, everything costs more energy.
Using this time to recalibrate your body changes how you show up everywhere else. You return clearer, more present, less reactive, and more available to your family, your work, and your decisions.
One afternoon of true embodiment can restore weeks - sometimes months - of lost energy, focus, and emotional bandwidth. This isn’t time away from your life. It’s an investment that gives your life back to you.
